Delivery Information

Shipping and Availability: Shipping timelines are determined by our vendors and estimates are given upon checkout pertaining to the product once it is prepared and packaged. If a product that a customer has ordered is not in stock at the time the order is processed, Brumby Saddlery will request a back-order (or build) on the product with the appropriate vendor. This is automatically completed on behalf of our customer and an email status notification will be sent to the email registered under the customer's account.

Brumby Saddlery is not responsible for misdirected emails (by spam filters) or for undeliverable email addresses. Any order cancellations or modifications must be requested within 48 hours of the "email status notification" and occur prior to the product shipment. Our shipping rates are based upon the amount of your purchase and your shipping destination. Amounts for shipping are determined at checkout. We ship to worldwide destinations. Our foreign delivery charges are very reasonable and are calculated upon checkout as well. Overnight, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Delivery is available on in stock items upon request, however, an additional charge will apply.

Delivery addresses must be a street number as UPS will not ship to a PO Box address. All foreign orders must have remittance payable in US funds. Call for information regarding shipping, handling and delivery expectations. Customers are responsible for all related duties and taxes for shipments outside the USA.
